Objective: Wepresent a case of ALK gene translocation-squamous cell lung cancer whichexperienced a remarkable tumor response to crizotinib after failure of priorchemoradiotherapy. Method: A case report response to crizotinib in asquamous cell lung carcinoma patient harbouring EML4-ALK translocation. Result:We present a case of ALK gene translocation-squamous cell lung cancer whichexperienced a remarkable tumor response to crizotinib after failure of priorchemoradiotherapy. Conclusion: Considering this remarkable response, weconclude that ALK test in SCC is recommended in non-smoker patient ornon-responder to initial regimen of chemotherapy.
