ASCO is pleased to announce awards of up to $1,000 each to the first authors of the 50 highest-rated abstracts selected for presentation at the Breakthrough Summit, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, October 11-13, 2019. The awards are supported by the Mission Endowment of Conquer Cancer®, the ASCO Foundation.  $1,000 travel awards available for ASCO Breakthrough— Submit your abstract today to be considered.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended through June 24, 2019, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (United States).

This inaugural American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) event, in collaboration with the Thai Society of Clinical Oncology and societies across the region, represents a pivotal moment in the innovation of cancer care.  Breakthrough is an opportunity to break through our traditional constructs of oncology care and to collaborate, discuss obstacles, and leverage peer knowledge from across disciplines and fields within and outside of oncology. 

Featuring speakers from across the world, covering topics that include the role of artificial intelligence in diagnostics and therapeutics; innovative approaches to diagnostics and surveillance through the use of new technologies andbiochemical markers; the next generation of robotic surgery and novel therapeutics including targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and personalized vaccines; the ethics of innovation; and social media and telehealth. Session formats are fully interactive, with the audience serving a vital role in this learning ecosystem.
